What Is Navratri & Why Does It Matter So Much?

  • A Celebration of Renewal, Devotion & Inner Strength
  • A Time for Reflection & Reconnection
  • A Bridge Between Tradition & Modern Life

At its heart, Navratri is about cultivating devotion, discipline, and joy. Whether you follow ancient practices or integrate modern wellness approaches, these nine days offer a meaningful way to connect with your highest self, set new intentions, and invite positive energy into your life.

Chaitra Navratri – Honoring Tradition, Embracing Renewal

Chaitra Navratri, also known as Spring Navratri, is a sacred nine-day festival that marks a time of spiritual renewal, devotion, and inner transformation. Rooted in the rich cultural and spiritual traditions of India, this festival is a celebration of Shakti—the divine feminine energy that empowers, nurtures, and uplifts.

Navratri is more than just a festival—it’s a time to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters. Across cultures and spiritual practices, seasonal transitions are seen as moments for renewal and transformation. Whether through fasting, meditation, prayer, or mindful movement, this festival provides a structured yet flexible path to reconnect with oneself, community, and the larger cosmic flow.

For some, Navratri is deeply rooted in traditional worship and rituals, while for others, it serves as a time for personal growth, mindful living, and holistic well-being. However you choose to celebrate, Navratri invites you to embrace inner strength, balance, and renewal.

During Navratri, you can…

✅ Engage in daily affirmations, meditation, or breathwork to align your energy.
✅ Explore cultural traditions, mythology, and the symbolism of each day.
✅ Take part in simple wellness practices inspired by ancient wisdom.
✅ Celebrate through food, music, movement, and mindful living.

Spring Navratri is an invitation to honour the past, embrace the present, and step into the future with strength and clarity. Join the journey—your transformation begins now.

Rise & Reset

What is the 9-Day Navratri Reset?

The Navratri Reset is a wellness and spiritual journey during the nine days of Navratri, taking place 4 times per year. It focuses on mindful eating, fasting, and meditation, helping you align with the energy of renewal and transformation. You can choose your own level of participation, making it accessible for everyone.

Do I need to commit to all 9 days?

No! The reset is flexible—you can start at any level or even just commit to one day. The goal is progress, not perfection.

What if I miss a day?

No worries! This is a personal journey—simply continue where you left off or adjust as needed. You can also plan this in advance. maybe you only fast on the 1st and last day but do the meditations every day?

What’s the easiest way to get started?

Begin a simple daily meditation practice (2-5 minutes) based on the different Devi archetypes for each day of Navratri. That simple!

Do I need to be Hindu to participate?

Not at all! While Navratri is a Hindu festival, this reset is designed for anyone looking to deepen their well-being through mindful practices, fasting, and meditation. It’s based on universal principles of discipline, balance, and spiritual growth that anyone can benefit from. Embrace the power of the cosmic mother!

Is it possible to change the date?

No. The date for Navratri is based on the Hindu lunar calendar and shifts slightly each year. It is determined by the alignment of the moon. There are 4 per year reflecting the changing of the seasons, with 2 of them being most observed: Chaitra Navratri (Spring Navratri) in March-April and Sharad Navratri (Autumn Navratri) in September-October.
